Batch.com's legal notice gives the operating company without ambiguity: IMEDIAPP SA, share capital 52,352.01€, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 525 279 600, registered office 43 rue Beaubourg, 75003 Paris, VAT ID FR92525279600. The corporate website itself is hosted by OVH, a French host, in Roubaix.

Data Stays in France, Stated Plainly

Batch's own GDPR documentation is unusually direct for this category. From doc.batch.com's compliance page:

Our customers' data is stored exclusively in France, and we do not maintain any technical infrastructure outside the European Union. Batch does not send personal data to external entities.

That is a stronger, more specific statement than most vendors in this directory make, and it rules out the AWS/GCP-in-the-background pattern that shows up repeatedly elsewhere in push notifications.

What's Missing

Despite the strong hosting statement, no DPA document, sub-processor list, or reference to Standard Contractual Clauses appears anywhere in the legal notice, privacy policy, service agreement, or GDPR help pages read for this listing. The service agreement's compliance clause points customers back to the privacy policy rather than to a separate DPA, so GDPR status here is recorded as PARTIAL rather than COMPLIANT: strong on infrastructure, thin on the paperwork that would let a buyer verify it independently.

Where It Fits
