PARTIAL: the only available privacy policy covers the marketing website (Hetzner hosting for the site itself, Cloudflare Inc., San Francisco, used as CDN under SCCs plus Cloudflare's EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification), not the video-hosting product. Operated by VIMP GmbH, Destouchesstraße 68, 80796 München. VIMP's live site is Cloudflare-protected and blocked direct scraping during verification, so its privacy policy and product page were read from Wayback Machine archive snapshots instead of the live pages.
The privacy policy that is available only covers the marketing website: it is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) with Cloudflare Inc.
