How we reached this
Read raw (curl, not WebFetch summary) 2026-10-12. Replaces an audit note (2026-08-24) that found no DPA at a public URL. Contracting entity: Acumbamail, S.L.U., Avenida del Rey Santo 3D, Ciudad Real, Spain, VAT B13538590 (Terms); the privacy policy names Acumbamail, S.L. as controller and lists dpo@acumbamail.com. DPA: Annex A of the Terms of use, which says it contains the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR as interpreted by the European Data Protection Board, applies for the whole agreement term, and takes precedence over the Agreement in a conflict. The Terms FAQ says the DPA is attached as Annex A. Hosting: the Terms FAQ says all servers are in Madrid, and the infrastructure page says all infrastructure is hosted in Spain with no international data transfers; data centre certifications named are ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. Sub-processors (DPA Appendix 3): Agile Telecom S.p.A. (SMS routing, Italy), Stackscale S.L. (hosting, Spain) and Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (storage of images uploaded through the editor, Luxembourg), each with transfer procedure N/A. extraterritorialExposure is US_CLOUD_ACT, narrowly: AWS EMEA SARL is an Amazon group company that holds customer-uploaded images. No Standard Contractual Clauses are named for any listed transfer, hence sccInPlace false.
