An Email Platform With a Small Free Plan and Room to Grow

MailerLite is an email marketing platform for newsletters and automated email. Landing pages, signup forms, a website builder and digital product sales sit in the same account, so a small business or a creator can run a whole list from one tool. We list it as a Lithuanian company. For customers in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland the contracting entity is MailerLite Limited in Dublin, Ireland, according to its Terms of Service.

We read these figures on MailerLite's own pricing page on 4 November 2026. Paid plans are priced by the size of your list, and MailerLite says yearly billing saves 10%, so check the slider on its page for your own number.

What You Get on the Free Plan

The free plan is small, but it is not a stripped-down demo. Under 250 subscribers you can send campaigns in all three editors (drag and drop, custom HTML and simple), run automations, publish a landing page and a signup form, and sell one digital product or booking. There are 100+ integrations on every plan.

What you do not get on Free: multivariate testing, the AI writing assistant, the preference center and the unsubscribe page builder, all of which start on Comfort. Sending email through the API or the MCP server needs a paid plan.

How to Decide

MailerLite fits solo founders, creators and small teams that want email, landing pages and signup forms in one account. Start on Free if your list is under 250 subscribers and you send fewer than 2,500 emails a month. Move to Comfort when you need more subscribers, multivariate testing or the AI writing assistant, and expect to pay by list size. Comfort caps automations at 50, forms at 10, sites at 10 and seats at 3, so agencies and larger teams should price Power, where those limits go away. If your list is already well above 250 subscribers and you want a free plan, compare it with Brevo, EmailOctopus and Omnisend on their own pricing pages.

Data and Privacy in Brief

MailerLite publishes a data processing agreement (updated 10 July 2026, read on 8 October 2026). It names Google Cloud data centres in Germany for the classic product and in the Netherlands for the new MailerLite. The same agreement says MailerLite may process customer data anywhere its affiliates or sub-processors operate, and applies Standard Contractual Clauses to transfers outside Europe. If that matters for your list, ask MailerLite which region your account uses.
