How we reached this
French company: Sendinblue SAS (Paris), or Brevo GmbH (Berlin) for users based in Germany, Switzerland or Austria, per the Terms. EU hosting is stated in Brevo's Help Center (OVH in France and Germany, Google Cloud in Belgium). DPA, read raw 2026-10-10: Brevo's Data Processing Agreement is Appendix 3 of its Terms of Service (version of 1 October 2025), which says the DPA "is part of the Terms of Service". We did not find a standalone DPA page: /legal/dpa, /legal/data-processing-agreement and /legal/subprocessors return 404. This replaces an earlier audit note (2026-08-24) that found no DPA at a public URL. Deletion: on request after termination, within three (3) months. The Terms also name sub-processors outside the EU; read the Terms before relying on EU hosting alone.
