One Tool for a Small French Business

Axonaut is not a marketing CRM in the Anglo-American sense. It is the software a French company with a handful of employees runs its commercial life on: prospects and pipeline, quotes that turn into invoices, expenses, mileage, basic payroll, an accountant portal and electronic invoicing under the French mandate.

For a marketing team inside such a company, the value is that the pipeline and the invoicing are the same record, so the gap between a won deal and a paid invoice does not have to be reconciled by hand.

A Genuinely French Stack

The legal notices name Digitica SAS as the publisher, at 2460 L'Occitane, 31670 Labège, and give the host as "ONLINE SAS, BP 438, 75366 PARIS CEDEX 08". ONLINE SAS is the Scaleway group's French hosting entity.

That combination, a French company on a French host, is rarer than the marketing on most European directories suggests. There is no US cloud provider holding the data, which means no CLOUD Act exposure over the infrastructure and no transfer to document. For a French SME with public sector customers or a data protection officer who asks where the servers are, that is a short and clean answer.

Payments run through Swan SAS, a French payment institution, with Digitica registered with Orias under number 23007293 as a non-exclusive banking intermediary.

What Is Missing

Axonaut does not publish a data processing agreement or a sub-processor list at a public URL. That is common among French SME software and it is still a gap: a buyer processing personal data through Axonaut needs a DPA under Article 28, and should request one rather than assume the French hosting settles the question.

The interface and most documentation are French-first, which matters if the team is not.
