Notes	Founded in Belgium in 2025 by Gilles Praet and Domien Van Damme per the vendor's About page, every page footer reads '© Visiblie BV' (a Belgian legal form), and both founders are Ghent-based. Ownership is therefore recorded as European. Worth knowing before you sign: the Terms of Service state at §16.1 that they are 'governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States' with binding arbitration, and the contact address on the Terms and Privacy Policy is 'Visiblie, Inc.'. That is a contracting choice rather than evidence of US ownership, but it does mean a customer's contract sits under US law. Hosting location, DPA availability and sub-processors are not yet verified.

About Visiblie

Visiblie measures how a brand appears inside AI-generated answers rather than in a list of links. It tracks mentions, citations, sentiment and share of voice across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, maps gaps against named competitors, and audits entity and schema markup. It is sold two ways: a self-serve platform, or a retainer where Visiblie's own strategists run the work and re-test the same prompt set each month to show before-and-after movement.
