How we reached this
Italian legal entity: Publytics SRL, Via Val Leventina 3, 20148 Milan, VAT IT13079420967, named as the Processor in its own DPA at publytics.net/dpa. COMPLIANT: the DPA is published at a URL, hosting sub-processors are named with addresses (EuroVPS in Cyprus, Hetzner in Germany), and section C.3 excludes third-country transfers outright, stating personal data is stored in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Finland. The DPA also states the platform uses no cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Foreign disclosure exposure is NONE. An earlier version of this listing recorded US CLOUD Act exposure because Google LLC and Google Inc appear on the vendor's pages. That was our error: every one of those references sits in the cookie policy of the publytics.net marketing site (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts, YouTube) and governs visitors to that website, not the product's handling of customer data. No US provider holds any of it. Schrems II risk LOW because the DPA excludes transfers outside the EU. sccInPlace is false because Standard Contractual Clauses are the safeguard for transfers that do not occur here. Noted for transparency rather than as a compliance finding: a privacy-focused analytics vendor running Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on its own marketing site is an odd look, and it is what produced the incorrect rating.
